Plain summary. This site uses a small number of first-party cookies to remember your own preferences. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. You only share contact details if you choose to submit the secure form. Every estimate, drawing and AI image on this site is illustrative planning output, never a quote or an approved construction document.
1. Cookies we set
All cookies below are first-party (set by this site only), contain no advertising identifiers, and are not shared with advertising networks. Apart from the consent record itself, none are written until you press Accept on the cookie notice.

Declining or removing cookies
You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. If you do, the site still works: the notice will simply appear again and your guide preference will return to its default. The interactive guide can also be switched off at any time using the Interactive help toggle in the site header.
2. Information you choose to share
We do not require any personal information to browse the site or to use the planning tools. Information reaches DSN only when you deliberately submit it.
- Secure project form. The contact and project details you enter are sent to DSN so a specialist can follow up about your project. They are used for that purpose and are not sold.
- AI chat. Messages you type are processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not enter payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information into the chat.
- Yard photos for AI concepts. If you upload a photo, it is sent to the image provider to generate concept images. Photos are resized in your browser and their embedded metadata (including any GPS location recorded by your camera) is stripped before upload.
Submitted project records and delivery logs are retained for up to 12 months by default, and chat sessions for a short period, after which they are removed.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what project information we hold from your submission, or to delete it. Use the secure form on the site to make the request so we can locate the correct record.
3. AI features — what they are and are not
This site includes AI-assisted planning tools: a project router, an assistant, a pool calculator with a 3D preview, downloadable preliminary drawings, and AI concept images generated from a photo of your yard.
- AI output is illustrative. Concept images are design ideas, not renderings of a surveyed design, and will not match your property exactly.
- Figures shown are planning ranges, not quotes. They do not account for site conditions, access, grading, soil, permits or utilities.
- Downloadable drawings are marked preliminary and not for construction. They are not engineered or stamped documents.
- A real scope and price require a site visit by DSN. Nothing on this site forms a contract, an approved design, or a confirmed booking.
4. Terms of use
By using this site you agree to the following.
- The site and its tools are provided for project planning and information purposes, on an "as is" basis, without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
- You will not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful or infringing content, or upload photos you do not have the right to share.
- Site content, branding and tooling remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
- DSN is not liable for decisions, costs or commitments made solely on the basis of illustrative output from this site. Always confirm scope, feasibility and price with DSN before committing to work.
- Professional advice (engineering, legal, insurance, financial) is not provided by this site or its AI features.
5. Security
Provider credentials are held server-side and are never delivered to your browser. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited to protect the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please share only what is necessary for your enquiry.

To reach a person about your project or this policy, use the secure form on the site and a DSN team member will follow up. We may update this page as the site's features change; the version you see here applies to the current site.
