We solve landscape problems from the ground up.

Standing water, uneven grades, failing slopes, and poor drainage can affect everything built above them. We identify the underlying issue and recommend the right solution before construction begins.

About Maplestone

Why we do this

We're a family business, and since 2008 we've treated every piece of Texas property like it was our own. One job still sums us up best. A family wanted to turn a bare, uneven backyard into a place to gather, but they couldn't bear to lose the old oaks that made it feel like home. So we walked it together and they pointed out the trees to keep. We worked carefully around them, shaped the ground so water drains away from the house, built the patio, and planted around everything they loved.

That's the whole reason Maplestone exists. We're not here just to install a yard — we're here to see what a place can become and protect what matters to the people who live there. Whether it's a family's first home or a full property makeover, you get the same crew, the same honesty, and people who genuinely care how it turns out. That's our name on the work, and we want you proud of it.

Client Voices

Trusted by homeowners across Texas

"Every time it rained, four inches of muddy water backed up against our back porch. Three landscapers tried adding mulch and French drains that clogged. Maplestone re-graded the entire slope, installed real PVC drainage, and laid new sod. It has been two years and zero standing water."

David & Sarah M.The Woodlands Homeowners

"The quote matched the invoice to the exact dollar. That is practically unheard of with outdoor contractors. They explained why our yard was higher than our brick foundation, fixed it cleanly, and built the most gorgeous slate patio we've ever seen."

Elena R.Sugar Land Homeowner

"They truly understand both the heavy dirt work and the delicate gardening. Our live oak trees were protected throughout excavation, and the new St. Augustine sod took root immediately. Professional, punctual, and respectful."
